Labyrinth and The Dark Crystal

Well, "A Summer of Muppets" has finally come to a close.  But before saying goodbye to the World of Jim Henson, Ashley and Sammi are headed into the strange land of the Creature Shop. First up is Labyrinth, with the bizarrely attractive David Bowie at the helm as the Goblin King, Jareth. Labyrinth is filled with catchy songs, fascinating characters, and immersive world that only Jim Henson could dream up. Next, Ashley and Sammi chat about The Dark Crystal and The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance. The movie and and prequel television series showcase that Henson can create amazing content void of human characters. What do you think? Are you a fan of the these 80s movies? What about the reboot? Let Ashley and Sammi know on Instagram @pixiedusttwinspodcast! And don't forget to like and subscribe to the show! Next week, our Disney Twins are taking a break, but make sure you have your alerts turned on because when they return, they are switching gears to spend a month chatting about Boy Meets World!
